Connect with volunteer firefighters from across the state at the 2026 NSVFA Annual Conference on October 15-17, 2026 in Dakota City, NE!

The 2026 NSVFA Annual Conference is once again the place to be for volunteers involved in the fire service. The conference will feature EMS and Fire educational sessions requested by firemen and women that will draw members from across the state.

Be sure to mark October 15-17, 2026, on your calendar now. The deadline for early registration is September 15th, so take a few minutes today to complete the registration form in this brochure.

We look forward to seeing you in Dakota City!


Cancellation Policy: A refund, less a $25 administrative fee, will be given for all written requests postmarked by October 1, 2026. No shows will still be held responsible for payment of their registration. Requests received after that date will be reviewed by the NSVFA Conference Committee.  In the unlikely event the 2026 Conference is cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, your payment will be considered a donation to the NSVFA Conference.
